‘Travelling the Face of the Globe’ is an event series that I launched in 2024 to celebrate diverse global musical traditions and their commonalities. There have been four events to date at venues around London (Hoxton Cabin, Jamboree, and also a more intimate house concert).
The next edition of the intimate house gig will be on May 25th, featuring Palestinian oud maestro Saied Silbak & Gambian kora master, Sura Susso. This is definitely one not to miss! Event information here.
