Something a little different, I am honoured to be joining Daryn Wober, fantastic yoga teacher and spiritual guide. We met training at Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram and are co-leading a retreat to practice asana, pranayama, meditation, chanting, and engage in discussions about spiritual subjects and thinking. A gorgeous centre in peaceful nature, cannot wait to share my insights and learn from one another.
